Big Laughs Comedy Festival Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By attending the Big Laughs Comedy Festival (the “Festival”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not attend the Festival.

2. Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances as determined by the Festival organizers. All ticket sales are final.

3. Conduct

Attendees are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behavior towards other attendees and performers. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Festival premises.

4. Photography and Recording

Photography and recording of performances will not be  permitted. Unauthorized commercial use of any recorded material is strictly prohibited.

5. Venue Policies

All venue policies, including those regarding food and beverage consumption, smoking, and accessibility, are subject to the venue’s rules and regulations. Please review the venue’s policies for further details.

6. Liability

The Festival organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to attendees. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Festival.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

8. Changes to Terms

The Festival organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
